Execution of a Laboratory Cooperation Agreement between Lorestan University and Sharif University of Technology

A joint cooperation agreement between Lorestan University and Sharif University of Technology regarding high-performance computing services (Heavy Computing Laboratory) was concluded and exchanged.
According to the Public Relations Department of Lorestan University, in line with the expansion of cooperation, communication, and inter-university interactions within the country, a joint cooperation agreement between Lorestan University and Sharif University of Technology was signed. The agreement pertains to the provision of services related to high-performance computing and processing (Heavy Computing Laboratory) and was signed by Dr. Hossein Asadi, Head of the High-Performance Computing Center of Sharif University of Technology, representing Dr. Hassan Haddadpour, Vice President for Research and Technology of this university, and Dr. Ali Farmani, Head of the Central Laboratory of Lorestan University, representing Dr. Mostafa Karampour, Vice President for Research and Technology of Lorestan University.
Based on this agreement, both parties agreed that laboratory services (heavy computing and processing) will be provided by Sharif University of Technology, up to a maximum credit value of 120 million Tomans, to researchers and scholars of Lorestan University, free of charge.
Furthermore, both parties agreed to provide joint services to each other in the area of student theses and dissertations, and to provide greater support for research projects, theses, and dissertations related to heavy computing and processing.
It is worth mentioning that the Central Laboratory of Lorestan University was ranked among the top 10 central laboratories of universities in the country in the 1400 ranking of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
