The Central Laboratory Expert of Lorestan University was Selected Among the Country's Elite

Fariba Nazari-Saranjeh, an expert at the Central Laboratory of Lorestan University, was among the most active laboratory experts of 2022 in the Strategic Technologies Laboratory Network of the country (selected experts).
According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, quoting the Strategic Technologies Laboratory Network of the country, the performance of experts in the network's member centers was evaluated, and the most active laboratory center experts in 2022 were introduced.
Laboratory experts play an effective role in increasing the accuracy of test results and improving the quality and efficiency of research.
Based on this, the Strategic Technologies Laboratory Network, with the aim of guiding, supporting, and enhancing the capabilities of experts and specialists, increasing productivity, and creating motivation and healthy competition, evaluates and ranks the experts of the network's member centers annually.
This evaluation has been conducted based on indicators such as performance, customer orientation, and network activity.
In addition to the mentioned criteria, based on the performance evaluation guidelines of the member centers of the Strategic Technologies Laboratory Network, indicators such as the amount of performance and revenue generation for the laboratory, skill in providing laboratory services, the level of customer satisfaction, and the expert's organizational performance in the laboratory are effective in selecting experts.
Accordingly, 27 of the more active (selected) experts from the laboratories of the Strategic Technologies Laboratory Network of the country were selected, and Fariban Nazari-Saranjeh from the Central Laboratory of Lorestan University was ranked 12th in this list of 27 people.
